- The store in Fort Smith is now open to all employees & customers, on Wednesday's from 10:00AM thru 4:00PM. We are still processing & fulfill incoming orders for shipping & campus pickup on M, W thru F.

- Orders are fulfilled on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, (unless closed for a holiday). Due to limited staff, shipping days are subject to change.

Campus Pickup
Returns + Exchanges
- We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- We are currently NOT accepting returns on wearable merchandise, including apparel, headwear, gloves & socks.
- Uniform merchandise is special ordered and cannot be returned.
- Please email companystore@arcb.com to notify us of your return.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping.

- Be sure to include your original packing slip in the return box.
- After returns are received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- We are currently not facilitating exchanges. You are welcome to re-order the correct item at your convenience.
