In-Store Shopping:
- The Fort Smith store is open to all employees and customers on Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- For orders requiring shipping or campus pickup, processing occurs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only. (closed holidays).
- Most orders ship no later than 3 business days from the date of the order. However, due to limited Company Store staff, orders processing and shipping could be delayed.
Shipping:
- You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
- If expedited shipping is needed, select that option during checkout.
Campus Pickup
Returns + Exchanges
Return Timeframe:- We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- Uniform merchandise is special ordered and cannot be returned.
- We are currently accepting limited returns on wearable merchandise, including apparel, headwear, gloves, and socks.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original packaging, with tags intact, and must be unwashed and unworn.
Notification and Responsibility:
- To initiate a return, please email us at companystore@arcb.com.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Please email companystore@arcb.com to notify us of your return.

Refunds:
- After returns are received and inspected, any refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
