How does campus pickup work?

If you’re an employee at our Chicago campus and need assistance with Campus Pickup, here are the instructions to guide you: Campus Pickup Instructions.

When will my order be delivered?

• In-Office Pickup Availability: Weekly basis.
• Order Placement Deadline: Orders for pickup the following week must be placed by Thursday at noon.
• Special Handling: If you require special handling, please email companystore@arcb.com.

Where do I go to retrieve my order?

• Chicago HQ –167 N Green St, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL 60607
  • Orders will be held at the front desk on the 14th floor and managed by Office Manager Patrick McBride. Patrick will inform you if you have a package available for pickup.
