In-Store Shopping:

  • The Fort Smith store is open to all employees and customers on Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

  • For orders requiring shipping or campus pickup, processing occurs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only. (closed holidays).
  • Most orders ship no later than 3 business days from the date of the order. However, due to limited Company Store staff, orders processing and shipping could be delayed. 
An email should be sent to your email address, once the order ships.

    • You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
    • If expedited shipping is needed, select that option during checkout.

        Returns + Exchanges

        Return Timeframe:
        • We do not accept returns after 30 days.
        Uniform Merchandise:
        • Uniform merchandise is special ordered and cannot be returned.
        Limited Returns on Wearable Merchandise:

         

        • We are currently accepting limited returns on wearable merchandise, including apparel, headwear, gloves, and socks.
        • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original packaging, with tags intact, and must be unwashed and unworn.

        Notification and Responsibility:

        • To initiate a return, please email us at companystore@arcb.com.
        • You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
        • Please email companystore@arcb.com to notify us of your return.
        • Ship returns to the following address: ArcBest Company Store; Attn: Returns; 3501 Old Greenwood Road, Suite 13; Fort Smith, AR 72903, via traceable means. 

        Refunds:

        • After returns are received and inspected, any refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

        Exchanges:

        • We are currently not facilitating exchanges.
        • If you received an incorrect item, you may re-order the correct item at your convenience.
