• The store in Fort Smith is open to all employees & customers for in-store shopping, on Wednesday's from 10:00AM thru 4:00PM.
• Order processing & fulfillment for shipping & campus pickup are on Monday, Thursday and Friday only.
• Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be prepared.

• Orders are fulfilled on Monday, Thursday and Friday, (unless closed for a holiday). Shipping days may be subject to change.

• You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
• If your order needs to be expedited, please select expedited shipping upon checkout.

Returns + Exchanges

• We do not accept returns after 30 days.
• Uniform merchandise is special ordered and cannot be returned.
• We are accepting limited returns on wearable merchandise, including apparel, headwear, gloves & socks.
• Items must be in the original packaging, with tags intact; unwashed and unworn.
• Please email companystore@arcb.com to notify us of your return.
• You will be responsible for all return shipping.
• Please mail/ship returns to: ArcBest Company Store; Attn: Returns; 3501 Old Greenwood Road, Suite 13; Fort Smith, AR 72903, via traceable means. 
• Include your original packing slip in the return box, with return explanation.
• After returns are received and inspected any refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• We are currently not facilitating exchanges. You may re-order the correct item at your convenience.
