In-Store Shopping:

The Fort Smith store is open to all employees and customers Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

• For orders requiring shipping or campus pickup, processing is available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays only (excluding holidays).
• Most orders ship within 3 business days of the order date. Please note that orders containing ABF uniform items require additional processing time and may take 3 to 4 weeks for the items to arrive in-house before shipment.
  

Shipping:

• An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
• For expedited shipping, select the expedited shipping option at checkout.

Returns + Exchanges

Return Timeframe:

• Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Uniform Merchandise:

• Uniform merchandise is special ordered and cannot be returned.

Limited Returns on Wearable Merchandise:

• We are currently accepting limited returns on wearable merchandise, including apparel, headwear, gloves, and socks.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original packaging, with tags intact, and must be unwashed and unworn.

Notification and Responsibility:

• To initiate a return, please email us at companystore@arcb.com.
• You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Please email companystore@arcb.com to notify us of your return.

Refunds:

• After returns are received and inspected, any refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

• We are currently not facilitating exchanges.
• If you received an incorrect item, you may re-order the correct item at your convenience.
