Campus Pickup
Returns + Exchanges
- We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- Uniform merchandise is special ordered and cannot be returned.
- We are currently accepting limited returns on wearable merchandise, including apparel, headwear, gloves & socks.
- Items must be in the original packaging, with tags intact; unwashed and unworn.
- Please email companystore@arcb.com to notify us of your return.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping.
- Please mail/ship returns to: ArcBest Company Store, 3501 Old Greenwood Road, Suite 13; Fort Smith, AR 72903, via traceable means.
- Include your original packing slip in the return box, with return explanation.
- After returns are received and inspected any refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
